Service description

AI content and media workflow app for research-backed, human-reviewed article packages, briefs, claim ledgers, SEO metadata, social assets, and related content operations.

1. Who may use the service

ContentCrafter AI is intended for business and professional content operators who can form a binding agreement with the approved legal operator. It is not directed to children under 13, and child-directed workflows must not be launched without a separate legal review.

2. Accounts and security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, API keys, and organization access. Users must provide accurate account information and promptly report unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

Users may not misuse ContentCrafter AI or use generated content, uploads, prompts, API access, or automation to violate law, infringe third-party rights, evade rate limits, distribute spam, create malware, impersonate others, or generate deceptive, hateful, harassing, or otherwise harmful material.

Users are responsible for human review before publishing outputs. ContentCrafter AI is not a substitute for editorial judgment, legal review, fact-checking, or source-quality review.

4. User content, AI outputs, and review responsibility

Users retain ownership of prompts, briefs, source packets, brand guides, uploaded materials, and other content they submit, subject to any third-party rights in that material. The operator receives a limited license to host, process, display, and use submitted content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

As between the user and the operator, users may use AI-generated drafts and content packages for their own permitted business purposes after completing human review. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, duplicative, or similar to content generated for others, so users are responsible for checking claims, sources, originality, policy compliance, and publication readiness before external use.

5. Payments, subscriptions, and usage billing

The codebase includes Stripe subscription, portal, webhook, and usage-metering paths. Paid-plan terms, renewal, cancellation, refund, taxes, and live billing commitments must be approved before accepting real payments. Until those terms are approved and displayed at checkout, payment functionality remains launch-gated.

6. Third-party services

ContentCrafter AI may rely on Clerk for authentication, Vercel for hosting and platform logs, Payload CMS and PostgreSQL for content and app data, Vercel Blob for media storage, Resend for transactional/contact email, OpenRouter/model providers for AI generation, Stripe for payments and metered billing if enabled, and Sentry for error monitoring when configured.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Users should not submit confidential, regulated, child-directed, medical, financial, legal, or other sensitive information unless an approved workflow explicitly supports that data.

7. Intellectual property

The ContentCrafter AI software, product design, brand, templates, and operator-provided materials are owned by the operator or its licensors. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except as allowed by approved terms and applicable law.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service and drafts are provided as is and as available. ContentCrafter AI does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice and is not approved for high-impact or YMYL decision-making workflows. Liability limitations require counsel/Brandon approval before publication.

9. Termination and changes

Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, legal exposure, nonpayment where paid plans are approved, or violation of approved terms. Terms may be updated when the product, providers, or legal requirements change.
